Bobbi, My parents grew up in caseville as did I. I worked the first 5 years of the cheeseburger event, and now I am so glad that I can enjoy it as a tourist:) Its such a pretty place-- I was lucky to grow there:)

Thanks for liking my rusty stool/yard art. You made me laugh--what you saw in that pic is about half of my entire "garden"--those are all containers that I can move around and rearrange as I need them. A few plants in the ground other places, but all else is lawn--lots and lots of lawn....

girl just saying hello and I miss you but my summers are chock full of stuff - I'm about to begin my video - just finished my fifth book - well, it's going to be here on Wednesday and I'll put a sign out front on the hedges! ain't that fun! I am not sure if the town will like the $30 price tag but hey they are in short supply and a collector's item and hell I might even give them iced tea (from the dollar store ) but hey it's community - now that I've pinged you I'm getting inspired to do an article...ok my friend - many giant hugs from bayou land!
